'This has been a long time coming but i just can't say enough about the service i've had and the satisfaction of using the gripstik. When my gripstik collar broke, i sent an e-mail wanting to order new collars for my gripstik. I got a reply that i would receive a new gripstik in the mail (free of charges), and that is exactly what i got, with the new metal collars (this was when the collars were originally made of plastic). This company stands behind its product 110%. I continue to use the gripstik with great satisfaction and am totally sold on it and this company. I use it at home, work and when i travel. This is the greatest forearm/wrist exceriser i have ever used. Being a former amateur wrestler and weightlifter i have used many items, but none come close.'

I just wanted to pass along that after using the GripStik for about a month, I have greatly increased my hand and forearm strength beyond where it was before. I developed a slight case tendonitis in my elbow, which is now gone. I'm a computer geek by trade, so I'm typing all day, which led to the tendonitis. LOVE this handy "little" device.It is great. I have used it consistently as directed and it has been effective. This is one piece of equipment that I will always use and I will recommend it to anyone who experiences what I did in my wrists .Several years ago I was in martial arts..I hold a black belt in Tang Soo Do karate.I sure wish that I had this back then when I was training..!
