'The Gripstik has helped my disc golf game in many ways. Because the sport involves a lot of snap and wrist strength, the Gripstik has helped in giving me more distance and accuracy on my drives off the tee box.  My disc golf approach shots and putting have also improved my accuracy, snap and stamina.  The Gripstik has also helped my over all endurance and arm strength during the disc golf tournaments of two rounds and six to eight hours of play.'
